Had an order for molding for a restoration.  Had to have a router bit made to get exact profile.  Cost customer $200 and of course I keep it once the job is done.  Mounted 1.5" by 7 1/2" mahogany blank on face plate and milled the first ring.  Then mounted the faceplate in my 4 jaw chuck on the lathe and parted it off.  Remounted the face plate back on the Legacy and milled second ring and again mounted it in the 4 jaw and parted it off.   Worked as slick as snot on a door knob!  Total time on each ring less than 10 minutes.
